DJ VIP Presents Code of Principles

As a commitment to our customers we have created our code of ethics/principles that we run and maintain our business on. Ethics Graphic We strongly believe in treating our customers as we would want to be treated if we purchase service from a company.

  1. We are available for clients before, during and after the event
  2. We assist our clients in any way possible to ensure a successful event
  3. We meet with our clients in person and/or over the phone to go over details so the event runs smoothly
  4. We maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude
  5. We stay in contact with our clients to notify them of any updates or changes that may impact the event
  6. We do not drink any alcohol during an event
  7. We do not use profanity on or off the microphone
  8. We cooperate with all service people involved with the event (photographer, videographer, wedding/event consultant, venue, etc.)
  9. We use a written contract that states clearly all charges, services, any optional add-ons, cancellation policy, and other essential information
  10. We arrive to all events 2 - 3 hours prior to the start time to begin set up
  11. We keep our equipment maintained and up grade equipment as needed
  12. We provide friendly music that has edited lyrics and/or content
  13. We wear appropriate attire to all our events (tuxedos, business dress, business casual etc.)
  14. We maintain a clean and groomed appearance at all times
  15. We attend DJ conferences, and training sessions, read DJ publications and network with other professional DJs to be a more proficient mobile DJ company
